SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping:

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. For any questions or concerns email hello@thecandlewarecollective.com

Exchange/Return Policy:

The Candleware Collective is happy to return or exchange any unopened merchandise up to 20 days after the package delivered. Send your return request to hello@thecandlewarecollective.com and include your proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email). We do not issue Return Authorization forms (R/A forms). We are not able to cover the cost to ship returns, but would be happy to ship your exchange at no extra cost. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and will not include shipping fees.

The Candleware Collective cannot accept returns for open items that have been used or missing contents that were a part of the original packaging.

Returns should be sent in an adequate shipping box along with your order # or confirmation email to:

Is there a problem with your order? We would be happy to resolve any issues within 20 days of the delivery date.
